Log into your Account page. On your personal SYZYGY Dashboard click on “My Points” to view your current points balance.

On the bottom of each product page there is an area for anyone who’s already purchased our products to leave a review. Please make sure that you’re logged into your account so that your 1,000 points are automatically applied to your account. Don’t worry if you forget to log in, just send us an email and we’ll manually credit you for your reviews!

Yes! Unless the discount code specifically says that it’s not able to be combined - you will be able to use the code and apply your points. Your points work with products on sale too! A great way for you to save more with your points! If you have any issues, just send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll take care of you!

Your points will automatically apply based on the specific activity. Example 1: When you sign up for an account, your 500 points are applied immediately and you can use them right away. Example 2: When you send in a video, our team will need to review it before the 4,000 points are applied to your account. Example 3: When you follow us on Instagram, you must DM us for the 500 Points. Example 4: When you leave a review on the product page, your 1,000 points will automatically apply within 1-24 hours. If you think that you’re missing points, just send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get you those earned points right away!
